Mary needed to hear Jesus to believe. The disciples needed to see his hands and his side to believe. Thomas needed to feel the scars to believe. God is a personal God, and He reveals Himself to us in a way that is unique to each of us.Read More
I love this story because not only did Mary see God's goodness and glory, but Mary's miracle turned into the onlookers' eternity. Her lack became her miracle, and her miracle became their forever.Read More

MUSIC MONDAY! Here are the songs I've been listening to for the last seven day. Some of them aren't new, but they've been playing over and over in my head! Check them out!
Christy Nockels - "My Anchor"
Bethel - "King of My Heart"
Tegan and Sara - "Faint of Heart"
Nick Jonas - Last Year was Complicated (the entire album)
I love Chipotle. I am like every other millennial who seemingly can't live without it, and I eat there way more than I would like to admit.
If you have ever been to Chipotle you know that the lunch line is ridiculous. Sometimes the line extends so far back that you have to enter the exit door just to get to end of the line. On Monday I needed my Chipotle fix, so I got online to place an order. Done and done. As I walked inside to pick up my meal, I marveled at how many people were willing to wait in line for a burrito. There were no less than forty people in line, and it was steadily growing. What was more amazing to me was the fact that no one was in the pick-up line. I was in and out of that building in less than five minutes, and quite a few people stared at me with a look of amazement. I stared back at them with a look of, "you can do this too."
Chipotle Order Ahead is like God's favor. (Yes - this is what I thought about while waiting for my order, and yes I went there.) It's freely given and accessible to everyone; you've just got to take hold of it. All of God's children are his favorites, and He longs to pour his favor on you. His favor is not like favor from man. We don't have to earn it. We became heirs of the promise when we accepted Jesus into our hearts. Each of us can walk straight to the front of line and ask Jesus for what we need.
Sometimes I'm afraid to ask God for things. I'm not sure where the fear comes from, but way too often I'm willing to figuratively wait in the long Chipotle line instead of walking right to the front of the line to receive what God wants to give me.
We are God's children, and we have access to both His presence and His promises. All we have to do is seek Him; he won't disappoint you! Approach Him with confidence! FAVOR is on your life!
Normally I am able to provide a long list of suggestions of music/podcasts. However, for the last week I have been preoccupied with two things: Steven Furtick and Fifth Harmony.
Let's start with my friend, Steven. His ENTIRE Functional Faith series has been ON. POINT. Each message is filled with so much truth, revelation, and inspiration to grow. I recommend that you listen to it all, but specifically - "The Seed is on Schedule." I have listened to this message four times in the last six days, and my mind is still blown. Just do yourself a favor and watch it.
Secondly - I have never been a fan of Fifth Harmony, but last week I decided to give their new album a chance. Nearly every song is perfection! I've added my favorites to the Music Monday playlist on my Spotify!
I hope that you have the happiest Monday ever!
